Heather joined the Spectrum Team in 2014.
She has become a key asset in assisting Plan Sponsors and streamlining daily processing functions. She strives to ensure compliance for Plan Sponsors with regards to IRS compliance guidelines and implementing system efficiencies within our recordkeeping department.
Heather enjoys attending Minnesota Twins baseball games, trying new restaurants, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
