Rachel joined the Spectrum Team in 2008. With over 18 years in the finance and retirement industries and one of Spectrum’s first employees, she has helped get Spectrum to where it is today! Learning all aspects of administration and compliance, she now leads and oversees our team of employees. Rachel is the first contact for Plan Sponsors, beginning with designing the plan through maintaining annual compliance.
On her free time, Rachel enjoys outside activities such as running, paddle boarding and hiking. She loves to travel and experience new places with her family and friends.
