The plan document serves as the foundation for the day to day plan operations. Building a strong foundation with plan design is essential. As a first step, Spectrum will guide employers through the plan design process. Whether it is a new retirement plan just starting up or an existing plan that needs to be adjusted to better suit the goals of the employer, Spectrum will evaluate the employer’s goals and demographics to ensure their qualified retirement plan has a strong foundation.
When the plan document is completed, each Plan Sponsor will receive a binder incorporating the documents listed below. Documents will also be available electronically through our Plan Sponsor portal.

- Adoption Agreement
- Loan Policy (if the plan allows for loans)
- Service Agreements
