Notice Fulfillment    Spectrum will handle the delivery of all required notices provided throughout the year. This includes, but not limited to:

  • Summary of Material Modifications
  • Summary Annual Report
  • IRS Form 8955-SSA Participant Letters
  • Summary Plan Description, Plan Restatements
  • Annual Notices, Safe Harbor, QDIA, Automatic Enrollment
  • Participant Fee Disclosures
  • Fund Change Notices
  • Blackout Notices

Eligibility Tracking    Spectrum will monitor employees for plan eligibility.  Spectrum will work with your plan recordkeeper to order and deliver enrollment materials to newly eligible employees within 30 days of plan entry dates.
