Rachel Roberts, QKA^®

Rachel is a Managing Partner at Spectrum Employee Benefits and joined the firm in 2008 as one of its first employees. With over 20 years of experience in the finance and retirement industries, she has been instrumental in Spectrum’s growth and operational success. 

Rachel leads and oversees the firm’s compliance team and serves as a primary point of contact for Plan Sponsors, guiding plan design, administration, and ongoing compliance. Outside of work, she enjoys anything that involves the great outdoors of Minnesota including paddle boarding, hiking, and traveling with family and friends.
