Plan Implementation & Client Success Specialist
With over a decade of experience in the finance industry and an Associate’s degree in Accounting, I bring a strong foundation in client service, operational accuracy, and financial administration. In 2026, I joined Spectrum Employee Benefits as a Plan Implementation & Client Success Specialist, where I play a key role in guiding new clients through the onboarding process, coordinating plan setup, and ensuring a smooth transition from prior providers.
In addition to implementation, I work closely with plan sponsors and advisors to support ongoing client needs by helping troubleshoot issues, facilitating communication across internal teams, and ensuring each plan operates efficiently and in line with expectations. I take pride in delivering a high level of service, maintaining strong relationships, and being a reliable point of contact for clients navigating their retirement plans.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, painting, reading, cooking, and spending time with my family.
